Do This: Revolution Brewing's Wild Game Dinner

By Chuck Sudo in Food on Oct 27, 2011 6:20PM

2011_10_27_rev_brew.jpg Revolution Brewing keeps getting better. The beer is still on point and the food has slowly come around to match the quality of the brews after a rough start. The recent opening of their upstairs also a shorter wait time.

Revolution has also been strengthening relations to Firestone Walker Brewing. Remember: Revolution's Jim Cibak used to brew under Firestone Walker's Matt Brynildson. Both they and Josh Deth also brewed at Goose Island. Isn't that nice to see the family tree?

Revolution is putting its best foot forward with a wild game dinner Nov. 6, starting with a beer reception at 6:30 p.m. Brynildson will be on hand and the five-course meal will be paired with beers from both Revolution and Firestone Walker.

This dinner will sell out and is a must for both fans of wild game and good beer. Purchase tickets here.
