Just Call Him "Beer Hulk"

File this under: "You've had enough for one night." A Wicker Park man who didn't want the party to end now faces two counts of home invasion, aggravated battery and aggravated battery to a police officer after he broke into two apartments looking for beer.

Timothy Snyder of the 1500 block of North Milwaukee allegedly broke into one apartment on the 1300 block of North Dean and rifled through the fridge looking for some Mothers' Milk. Snyder then entered a second apartment and, when he was faced by the men living there, proceeded to fight them until he was subdued.

Snyder purportedly stabbed one of the men with a pocket corkscrew, a wound which required 22 stitches to close. When he was taken to the Shakespeare District station, he allegedly told a cop, "I live in the district... I’m going to kill your ass — you can’t lock me up forever" before he asked the police officer, "want some AIDS" and spat on him.

This kind of goes beyond the realm of Angry Drunk.

Snyder has a police record that includes convictions for aggravated battery and domestic battery.
