The Kills were just here for Lollapalooza, and now the duo is coming back to kick off their 2012 North American tour on Jan. 20. They'll be joined by Jeff The Brotherhood and Hunters will open the show. While we prefer singer Alison Mosshart's other project The Dead Weather, the Kills are pretty damn good, too. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m.
Riviera Theatre, Jan. 20, 8 p.m., 18+

Peter Frampton
It looks like Peter Frampton is going to keep on celebrating the 35th anniversary of Frampton Comes Alive! until it's time to celebrate the 37th. He's continuing the FCA 35 tour through next year with a stop at the Chicago Theatre. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 4 at 10 a.m.
Chicago Theatre, Feb. 25, 8 p.m.,

J.C. Brooks and the Uptown Sound
Apparently it's already time to start thinking about your plans for New Year's Eve. Wasn't it just August like a week ago? Well Schubas has their plans laid out already. J.C. Brooks and the Uptown Sound will play two shows to close out the year. Tickets go on sale on Friday, Nov. 4 at noon.
Schubas, Dec. 30 & 31, 9 p.m., $12, 18+
