Morning Box Score: Lightning Strikes Blackhawks in OT

After a scoreless first period, both teams came to life in the second, each scoring four goals. Two of the Hawks' four goals came from Patrick Sharp and the other goals came from Marian Hossa and Daniel Carcillo within 12 seconds of each other, giving the Hawks a 4-2 lead. Three of Tampa Bay's goals came from Stan Stamkos giving him his fourth career hat trick and tying the game late in the second, which eventually sent the game into overtime after another scoreless third period. The Lightning scored four minutes into overtime, giving them the win. The Hawks are 1-1 in overtimes that do not end in a shootout this season.
