Here comes the rain again and, after it passes, be ready for some cold temperatures the next couple of days. Skilling Central says the mercury starts its plunge later this morning. We may even see the season's first snowflakes this afternoon and evening. Top that with heavy winds that will shift from the southwest to northwest, with gusts of up to 40 mph and we have all the meteorological conditions necessary for calling in sick to work, drinking bourbon and listening to Merle Haggard all day.
