Current and former Chicagoist staffers have read at CHIRP Radio's "First Time" series. Tomorrow our resident dirty old man, Kevin Robinson, makes his "First Time" debut tomorrow night at Beat Kitchen. the theme of the evening is "First Dates." Can't wait to hear Kev's. (2100 W. Aaron Cohen's book on Aretha Franklin, Amazing Grace, is going to be a gift for some of our friends and family this holiday season. Hear Cohen read from the book at The Book Cellar tomorrow night at 7 p.m. Cohen's father, Sheldon, will also read from his new book, Commodore Abraham Whipple of the Continental Navy. (4736 N. Film
The Gene Siskel Film Center screens a brand new 35 mm print of Rosemary's Baby tonight at 6 p.m. If you attend and look closely you may find a few Chicagoistas and -os in attendance.
