State Farm Hires William Shatner to Warn About the Hazards of Deep Frying Turkeys

We love ourselves some William Shatner spoken word and their remixes. The man, in our estimation, is a toupee-wearing genius.

We also love us some deep-fried turkey, regardless of the time of year. So seeing Captain James Tiberius Denny Crane T.J. Hooker Kirk partner with State Farm Insurance to warn of the dangers of submerging a turkey into hot oil is both a public service message and a source of hilarity. Which is what the insurance giant with corporate headquarters in Bloomington was going for when they reached out to Shatner. The highlight for us is Bill asking, "Where's the dingle dangle?" Which elicited a Pavlovian "that's what she said" response from us.
