Set The Controls For The Hearts Of Our Readers, Our Reader Meet-up Is Tonight!

It's here, it's here! Tonight is the night of our first reader meet-up in far too long! It's been so long, and we're so rusty, we decided to bring in our friends at Do312 to help us co-host this shindig! And boy oh boy are we excited. We want to see every single one of you at The Owl this evening and to sweeten the deal we've paired up with Do312 to arrange for a hosted bar between 8 and 9 p.m. so get there early. And we do want to see all of you because, honestly, you are what makes this site work. We do appreciate every single reader -- from the silent folks who read our posts without comment to those people that help us provide a (sometimes incredibly) spirited discourse in our comments. We're all friends in the real world so come on out and say hi!
Since we do appreciate you readers we've done our best to put together a couple bonus offerings around tonight's event. First, we're giving away two full catalogs of the recently released collection of Pink Floyd remasters. And there are two ways to win that.

- All attendees of tonight's meet-up can get a raffle ticket from us for a chance to win the other catalog. Everyone who RSVPs and attends the event can get two raffle tickets for a chance to win. And to win the second set you must be in attendance at The Owl this evening in order to win.
We've arranged for the Bridgeport Pasty truck to make a stop so you can fill up on its Cornish-style hand pies! And we might have another surprise or two up our collective sleeve, but you'll just have to attend to find out.
