For those of you looking for a low-impact workout where you can wear ironic t-shirts with the reward of a delicious yet watered down American draft beer, we have the perfect sport for you: Beer Pong!

No need to take a spin in the way back machine to the days in where you spent Friday nights in that frat house basement and puked on Zeta Beta's mascot. Now you can sharpen your paddling and beer chugging skills Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Windy City [Beer] Pong Triathlon!

Grab a partner and make your way to TR's Pub on the South side at noon, bring $80 for the registration fee and you are off to three separate beer pong tournaments all in one day. If your memories of those days of drinking Natural Light and ball bouncing are as foggy as ours, have no fear. You can find a list of the rules of this glorious game here.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each tournament, well, the winner that is still standing of course. For those that can't get enough of the competitive sport of beer pong can also sign up for the World Series of Beer Pong in Las Vegas, Jan. 1-5, 2012.
