Kevin Matthews Joins Steve Dahl Podcast Network

Dahl made the announcement yesterday on his website.
"Kevin played me about 20 minutes of his 1st show, and I was laughing so hard my eyes were watering. It took all of myself control not to spit coffee all over his studio carpeting. The man is a genius! Jim Shorts, on the other hand, I’m not so sure about, but he’ll be there too."
Matthews's podcast will be uploaded to Dahl.com 5 p.m. Friday. Dahlcast subscribers who access the network via iTunes, Dahl.com or the Steve Dahl Show iPhone app should have no problem downloading it. Dahl expressed hope that this initial podcast from Matthews turns into more.
Matthews was recently fired from his job at WLAV-FM in Grand Rapids. He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008. For radio fans who grew up in the Loop AM 1000, this is akin to getting the band back together, albeit in small doses.
