Last Minute Plans: Clap Your Hands Say Yeah

2011_11_29_CYHSY.jpg Clap Your Hands Say Yeah kept pretty quiet since the 2007 release of their second album Some Loud Thunder, and with CYHSY members branching off for various side projects, we were scared the band might call it quits for good. But the indie-pop outfit made a return this fall with its first release in four years, Hysterical, and they’re performing Lincoln Hall tonight and tomorrow in support of the new album.

CYHSY actually stopped by our mother site’s headquarters recently and gave a stellar three-song performance for the Gothamist House Presents series. Check out the video for “The Witness’ Dull Surprise” and then head over and watch the other two:

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah plays tonight, November 29 at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N Lincoln, 9 p.m., $20, 18+
And tomorrow, November 30, at 9 p.m., $20, 21+
