Restaurant News: RM Champagne Salon To Open, Epic Burger Adds Two Locations, Sopranos Dinner Tonight

\• RM Champagne Salon, a bubbly-focused bar, will be opening in the West Loop in February. The guys behind Old Town Social and Nellcôte have teamed up with New York sommelier Jason Wagner to offer a menu of accessible, estate-grown champagnes. The 1,500 square foot space, at 116 N. Green Street, will also offer a menu of cheese, sandwiches, petit fours and pastries.

• Epic Burger is opening two more locations this month, on Dec. 12 at 227 E. Ontario Street and Dec. 19 at 40 E. Pearson Street. Both will serve a menu of beef and turkey burgers, fries, shakes, and smoothies. The Pearson location will also serve breakfast from 7-11 a.m., so head in for an egg sandwich, pastries, and Intelligentsia coffee.

Sopranos Restaurant is hosting a Sopranos wine dinner tonight from 6-9 p.m. Dinner and drinks are included in the $75 ticket price and Sopranos stars Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy), Federico Castelluccio (Furio Giunta), and Tony Darrow (Larry Boy Barese) will be in attendance.
