Northwestern now has a better idea of how it stacks up against ranked opponents and it isn't good. Eighth-ranked Baylor made easy work of the Wildcats at Welsh-Ryan Arena yesterday to hand NU its first loss of the season. Baylor's Quentin Acy scored 16 points, grabbed six rebounds and blocked six shots and guard Pierre Jackson also scored 16 as Baylor's front line proved too long and too tough for Northwestern. Drew Crawford scored 15 for the Wildcats while John Shurna added 11.
