- Four people were wounded in a drive-by shooting in Uptown at Sheridan and Wilson Friday evening.
- Police are questioning four people in connection with the Friday night Uptown shooting after their van was seen leaving the scene of that crime and of another shooting on the West Side, then collided with a police car while trying to elude police.
- Around 4:15 a.m. Sunday morning another shooting took place in Uptown near the intersection of Broadway and Wilson, wounding a man in his 30s.
- Between Saturday night and Sunday morning, six people were wounded in four different shootings.
- One was killed and another was wounded in a shooting in Albany Park around 5 a.m. Saturday.
- A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the neck in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
- Police are investigating a series of North Side home invasions, where the thieves pretended to be delivery men.
