For those of you hoping for a white Christmas, we'll let you down easy. Both Skilling Central and Accuweather are predicting this morning as the best chance for flurries. While Accuweather's modern-day hieroglyphics show snow on the horizon, Skilling's Chicago Weather Center reads the dusting of snow will hit north of the Chicago area. Enjoy your powder, Kenosha, Racine and Rockford.

For the rest of us, we'll be looking at drizzle and a possible sprinkle to go with the forecast high of 40 degrees. Then we may be due for a half-inch of snow overnight. The good part of the forecast is the temperatures will dip over the upcoming days and make the air at least feel like Christmas.
