A man is accused of hitting the owner of Lincoln Karaoke with a car after a dispute over a missing microphone. Gereltsaikhan Bumdorj allegedly struck the man with his BMW outside the Lincoln Square bar. Then Bumdorj threw $150 at him, told him not to tell the cops and drove off. The Trib writes:

Bumdorj got behind the wheel of a 2002 BMW convertible and hit the owner, who landed on top of the car and held on for about half a block, according to the police report.

Bumdorj stopped the BMW and the victim flew off the car and struck the pavement,’’ the report said. Bumdorj got out of the car and hurled $150 in cash at the owner, urging him not to contact the police, then sped off, the report said.

Bumdorj, 35, is being held on $100,000 bail. There was no information available about the man who was injured in the attack, but we sure hope he is okay. Lincoln Karaoke is a Korean-style karaoke bar on the north end of Lincoln Square. It has private rooms, and it's always a swell time with crazy porn videos playing while you belt out whatever song you want in the privacy of your own circle of friends.
