Let's be careful out there today, readers. Yesterday's thaw removed most of the leftover snow from last week, but we're due for more today. With all the moisture on the ground, winds shifting from the northwest and plunging temperatures, the stage is set for icy conditions. Does the City's Snow Plow Tracker have capability to show plows skidding?
