Give your layers a workout today, readers. We're due for the coldest temperatures around these parts in 11 months. Skilling Central calls for "mostly sunny, blustery and bitterly cold. Temperatures fall to the 7 to 14-degree range." The winds, gusting up to 30 kph, could drop wind chills to 5-below zero. Forget the coffee, break out the cocoa, folks.
