Going To Chicago Psych Fest? Do Your Musical Homework Here

Chicago Psych Fest 3, a two-day mini-fest at the Hideout showcasing many of Chicago's best rock bands, is a great, low-cost way to introduce yourself to the Windy City's burgeoning psychedelic revival, lead in parts by previously covered Chicagoist favorites like Verma, Cave and Rabble Rabble. (All of whom are participants in this weekend's festivities). But even with our incessant yammering, there's still a very good chance you've not heard of any of these groups. What's a potential music fan to do? Stream the music here, of course. Consider this a last minute primer of sorts, organized by day. Enjoy!
