Today's Weather: Recherché

Winter is the only time of year where a weather forecast of cloudy skies and a chance of light rain is considered good. That's what we're due for today, along with another projected high that's above average for winter in Chicago. Maybe this winter is our reward from Mother Nature for last year. Before we know it, spring will be here and those new boots you bought solely for deep snow will still be like new.
