Cicero is the red-headed stepchild of Chicago suburbs. Here's yet another story that hammers that point home.

The 41-year-old nephew of Town President Larry Dominick was arrested for using an official town car to rob a Stickney Jewel of some beer. 41 is way too old to be pulling a teenage stunt.

Joseph M. Terrana was arrested Thursday night wheeling the beer to his car, while wearing an official municipal jacket. He told Stickney police he was on a break from his part-time job driving senior citizens and people in need around town.

It was the second time Terrana had stolen beer from this particular Jewel, and at least the fifth time he's been arrested. Terrana has three theft convictions on his record and was hired as a garbage man by Cicero shortly after Dominick was elected town president. One of those convictions was a 2005 incident where he robbed another supermarket of beer.

Terrana is related to Dominick by marriage; his aunt is Dominick's wife Elizabeth.
