Mark Cuban Shows Steve Gadlin The Money

Blewt! Productions' Steve Gadlin's appearance on ABC's Shark Tank aired on Friday and he managed to find an investor in his "I Want to Draw a Cat For You" business from Dallas Mavericks and HD Net owner Mark Cuban.
Cubes offered Gadlin $25,000 in investment capital versus 33 percent of all future profits, although he called Gadlin "Dave." Then, if Cuban were giving us $25K, he could call us late for supper, if he wished.
Gadlin said, during discussions after the show was taped, it was decided that Cuban's investment would cover Blewt!, the umbrella company for "I Want to Draw a Cat For You" and other projects like his game show, Don't Spit the Water, Blewt!'s "Two Film T-Shirts" website, and the annual comedy competition Impress These Apes. Now that's a smart investment.
Gadlin told us by email that the investment cleared in late October. A request for comment from Cuban to Chicagoist has not been responded to as of post time.
