Pencil This In: Sheffield's "Brewery Of The Month" Kickoff Party, So's Your Old Man At Portage Theater

Sheffield's "Brewery of the Month" for February is Chicago's own Metropolitan Brewing. Tomorrow night at 7 p.m., a kickoff party for the lager-only brewery will feature tappings of Flybock Aged in Koval Rye (exclusively at Sheffield's), Generator Dopplebock, $4 Krankshaft Kolsch, Dynamo Copper Lager and Ironworks Alt. (3258 N. Sheffield)

Film

The Northwest Chicago Film Society is screening a 35mm print of Gregory La Cava's So's Your Old Man starring W.C. Fields tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. (Portage Theater, 4050 N. Milwaukee Ave., $5)
