Five people were arrested for writing graffiti on the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel yesterday, the Tribune reports. They used a gold-colored marker to write on the seats, including the words "Job Corps get baked."
They were all students with the career technical training program Job Corps that provides free instruction for people 16 to 24.
Two adults, ages 19 and 21, and three juveniles have been charged with criminal defacement of property.
