Break out the shades this afternoon. The clouds are set to part today and allow the sun to work its magic. The rest of today's forecast is as follows: a high temp of 41 degrees and winds out of the west to northwest at 8-18 mph. It's a bit hazy right now but that will burn off as it warms and the sun peeks through the cover.
