Pencil This In: Hammer Of The Gods One-Year Anniversary At Three Aces

2012_2_23_PTI.jpg One year ago today Three Aces and New Holland Brewing teamed up for a burger and beer pairing of epic proportions called "Hammer of the Gods." The burger was a heart-stopper (literally): Pretzel Bun, Bacon Jam, C&D Grass Fed Beef, 3 year White Cheddar, Caramelized Onion, Shaved Porchetta, Garlic and Hops Pickles, Mixed Farm Greens, Red Onion, Bourbon and Chicken Liver Pate, Fried Egg, and Garlic Aioli. The beer was Imperial Hatter, New Holland's robust take of the India Pale Ale. Three Aces is bringing the pairing back tonight from 7-10 p.m.
