Pencil This In: Femme Du Coupe's Three Martini Mixology Class

By Chuck Sudo in Food on Feb 27, 2012 6:20PM

2011_10_27_femme-du-coupe.jpeg Femme du Coupe's Revae Schneider (and do go back to Roger Kamholz's October profile of Schneider and Femme du Coupe) is kicking off a month full of Mad Men-themed cocktail classes in March with a "Three Martini" mixology class 7 p.m. Thursday at Fleur de Lis flower shop (715 N. Franklin). Schneider will give attendees an overview of the martini's history, and making three cocktails: The Martinez, which is where the Martini got its start, that lovely bitter, boozy cocktail The Negroni, and The Southside, a fabulous representation of Chicago’s Southside with a touch of mint, some gin, and a little bit of lemon. To get in on the action, RSVP here.
