Today's Weather: Cloudburst

Normally we'd be calling this the end of the month, but this is a leap year and we have the benefit of an extra day in February. We kick off today with partly sunny skies that will turn to thicker clouds as we reach afternoon, with a chance of precipitation that could be drizzle, could be ice pellets. The forecast high of 44 and southwest winds will make it feel absolutely balmy again for the day as we head into a midweek warming trend.
