Rosie O'Donnell interviewed Patti Blagojevich for last night's episode of The Rosie Show on Oprah's OWN network, and Patti explained why she's standing by her man. The interview was recorded on a closed set about two weeks ago, Patti's first interview since her husband's sentencing.

In two weeks former Gov. Rod Blagojevich will report to a prison in Colorado — "with dignity" — to start serving a 14-year sentence. Patti talks about how the family is preparing for his departure and she tells O'Donnell that she is "positive" that Rod is innocent, and she says their relationship is as strong as ever.

"I was there, and I've heard all the conversations," Patti said. "So much of this case is about intent, what was his intent. They can say whatever they want. I know what his intentions were."

The full episode isn't available on the OWN website, but we've posted a series of video clips below.

One interesting thing we'd like to point out is in the first video when Patti discusses the day the FBI came to arrest Rod. When O'Donnell asks, "At that point your husband was governor and he was held in high regard by the people of Illinois, correct? Patti responded, "Well, he'd been elected twice by decent margins." Yeah, that's kinda how we feel about it, too.
