Bridgeport Pasty Co. Wins At World Pasty Championships

Congratulations to Bridgeport Pasty Company. Jay Sebastian and Carrie Clark's spinach pasty took third place in the "Open Savoury Professional" category at last weekend's World Pasty Championships in Cornwall, England.

Bridgeport Pasty Company was the only winner not to come from the United Kingdom. Their spinach pasty, filled with fresh spinach, cream sauce, mushrooms and onions, is our favorite of their selections and worthy of the honor. Follow them on Twitter to find where their electric truck will be next.
