Chef Tweet of the Week: Rick Bayless and Lady Gaga

Color us uninformed—we didn't even know Mother Monster was in town. All the Gaga news we've heard for the past week was about her new anti-bullying foundation, but apparently she had some time to stop in at Frontera Grill and give Rick Bayless some love. Apparently she knows something about Mexican food.

Bayless dropped a hint on Sunday, talking about his "crazy" day with dance rehearsals (natch) and a visit from the Lady herself. Then, we saw a picture of him with Gaga and this tweet, glowing from the nation's foremost Mexican Cuisine guru: "Who knew Lady Gaga is such a knowledgeable fan of mole & cochinita pibil? Who knew she is such a warm, easy-going woman?" Every culinary student in America just gasped - when Rick Bayless calls you knowledgable, it means something.

We're still waiting for her reply.
