- The parents of a hearing-impaired student have sued Catholic school St. Scholastica High School in West Rogers Park, accusing them of expelling their daughter because of her disability. The school says she was expelled because of "disciplinary “referrals” for offenses that included failure to listen, disrespect and failure to respond to teacher requests. [Tribune]
