Thanks to the internet, we're now able to see how people live all the world round. We can connect and share with people that are different from us in myriad ways - the internet has revolutionized the way we meet and understand folks that are different than us the world over.

That said, if watching videos of domesticated animals doing cute things around the house teaches us anything, it's that we're more alike than different.
