2011_10_27_rev_brew.jpg Revolution Brewing's Josh Deth has always been one of the more vegan-friendly restaurateurs in the city, going back to when he only had the Handlebar to worry about. That tradition has carried over, as Rev Brew has a few vegan-friendly options on its menu.

Rev Brew is celebrating the arrival of spring with a vegan beer dinner at 7 p.m. March 26. This five-course meal will be paired with six—count 'em—six of the brewery's offerings. You can enjoy an spring terrine of spent grain crostini, pickled pepper, kiwi, radish, kumquat & cured Meyer lemon marmalade with the brewery's Iron Fist. Or try a vegan Shepherd's pie with Rise American Stout.

The cost of the dinner is $65 and tickets are available for purchase online. (Guests must present a photo ID the night of the dinner, as this is an e-ticketed event.)
