We now know where, and part of when, Rod Blagojevich will make his public statement before he reports to prison next week. Former Gov. 40892-424 will read his final remarks as a free man sometime Wednesday at his Ravenswood Manor home.

Blago's publicist Glenn Selig, who earlier this week said his client had no intention of slipping out of Illinois quietly (not that we would have believed either of them), is selling the slow burn leading up to Blago's announcement like Nick Kokonas uses Facebook to tease Next tickets. Blagojevich's attorneys have said he wishes to enter prison with "dignity" and without a media frenzy, but those ships have sailed a long time ago.

Here are some odds on what we expect—nay, hope—to hear from Blagojevich Wendesday.

- "The truth will come out." 3-5 odds
- "I did everything that I was charged with and would do it again." 100-1
- "Jesse Jackson, Jr. was Senate Candidate Number Five." 50-1
- "I've got you all (media) dangling like a puppet on a string." 15-1
- "Go Cubs Go!" 35-1
- The public statement is actually a commercial. 250-1
- "Fuck you all!" 500-1
- "I gave you old people free rides on public transit and this is how you repay me?" 1,000-1
- Quoting Rudyard Kipling's If out of context. PUSH
