The Bulls rested a few players last night, but still made easy work of Utah at the United Center. Coach Thom Thibodeau sat Luol Deng and his sore wrist, Rip Hamilton, Joakim Noah and CJ Watson. Carlos Boozer stepped up his game and scored a game-high 27 points. Derrick Rose added 24 points and 13 assists while Kyle Korver, starting in place of Deng, had his three-point stroke locked in. Korver scored 26 points—and was six-for-11 from beyond the arc—to keep the inside free for Boozer, Taj Gibson and Omer Asik to maneuver. Utah was led by Paul Milsap's 26 points. Al Jefferson added 16 and Josh Howard contributed 15.

The stat of the night: The Bulls outrebounded Utah 42-31. They cleared 25 of those boards in the first half, nine of them on the offensive glass.
