Today's Weather: The Home Stretch

Happy Monday, everyone. This record setting run of warm weather is due to end by the end of the week. For today, we're flirting with a new record high temperature. It was78 degrees in 1921; Skilling Central is predicting a high of 79 today. There's also a chance for scattered thunderstorms and rain in the cards, along with partly cloudy skies. As of post time, there are patches of clouds outside Chicagoist's Bridgeport headquarters. With the temps due to drop to more seasonable levels by the weekend, let's enjoy this week while we can.
