When was the last time it felt chilly outside like this? Skilling Central says it's been 17 days. We can't honestly remember. We're due for our mildest forecast in quite some time today, with winds out of the northeast and a high in the high 40s. Tomorrow and Wednesday are due for another uptick in the mercury, but looking at the extended forecast it looks as though you shouldn't be storing the sweathers yet.
