Chicagoist's NCAA Tournament Challenge Update: Down To Four

By Benjy Lipsman in News on Mar 26, 2012 5:20PM

2012_03_ncaa_bball.jpg After another exciting weekend of play, the NCAA Tournament is down to the Final Four—Kentucky, Louisville, Kansas and Ohio St. Only one top seed will make its way to New Orleans next weekend, but with fourth-seeded Louisville the lowest to make it there are no Cinderella stories, either.

As for the Chicagoist Tournament Challenge, Chicagoist writers hold both top spots. I remain in first place with my Chicagoist Benjy entry, and weekender Tiffany Kwak also has 950 points with her ravethewheat 1 entry. Both of us also rank above 99.6 percent of all ESPN Tournament Challenge entries. Heading into the final weekend of play, reader entries Kelli 2012 and primus442 have their eyes on the prize. Both are tied for third place with 920 points. Primus 442 has an uphill battle, however, with selected winner Michigan St. already eliminated.

We'll announce the prize winner next Tuesday, after one of the remaining four teams gets to cut down the nets and hoist their hardware.
