Derrick Rose missed his ninth straight game, but that didn't seem to faze the Chicago Bulls as they beat the Pistons Friday night to improve their NBA-leading record to 42-11. Luol Deng stepped up nicely again to lead the team with 20 points on the evening, and Joakim Noah had 19 points and 12 rebounds of his own for a double-double. Rip Hamilton was sidelined for the 13th consecutive game nursing his shoulder injury. The Bulls have now won 14 straight games against Pistons, 12 of them at home, and improved to 14-5 without the reigning MVP.
