Antlers will play Do-Division Fest

While the possible leaked Lollapalooza lineup is getting all the headlines today, the first wave of acts for Do-Division Street Fest was also announced and is impressive in its own right.

Local faves Mannequin Men are on the schedule, as are Brooklyn trio The Antlers, their experimentation and haunting melodies that draw comparisons to Bon Iver.

Also announced on the bill are Mexican garage punks Le Butcherettes (they play June 2 and have a solo gig June 1 at Subterannean), alt-country act O'Death, Bloomington, Ind. rockers Murder by Death and dance party architects the Bin Laden Blowup Collective were also announced.

Do-Division will be held on three days this year, June 1-3, shutting down Division Street to traffic from Ashland to Leavitt Avenues.
