With less than 10 seconds left and down 3-2, it didn't look good for the Hawks. No one expected them to squeak out a last minute goal two games in a row—and then they did. This time it was Patrick Sharp who put the last second goal together with assists coming from Brent Seabrook, who tied the game in Game 1 to go into overtime, and Patrick Kane. The Blackhawks drew the first goal of the game from a power-play courtesy of Brian Bickell, but trailed the majority of the game. If they were building drama, it wasn't lost on the crowd as Sharp scored the tying goal to send the game into overtime. Bickell scored the winning goal from a Viktor Stahlberg assist in overtime to help the Hawks tie the series 1-1.

Cardinals 5, Cubs 1

Despite an explosive start to the series, the Cubs seemed to fizzle on Saturday as the Cardinals returned the favor from Friday. The Cardinals pulled a four-run inning in the fourth against Chris Volstad with the fifth run coming in the seventh. Starlin Castro helped put the Cubs on the board with an RBI in the sixth, but couldn't build a rally around it and lost the second game of the series with their division rivals.

White Sox 5, Detroit 1

The White Sox are surprising fans by beating Detroit for the second game in a row and improving to 4-0 in the division. Last year the Sox went 5-13 against the Tigers overall and seem to have a bad taste for defeat. Gavin Floyd pitched six scoreless innings Saturday against the Tigers and only allowed three hits with six strikeouts. Alexei Ramirez homered in the second inning to start the scoring for the White Sox, who led the whole game. Tyler Flowers and Paul Konerko also homered for the White Sox.
