Airplane Quarantined At Midway Airport [UPDATE]

A Delta Airlines flight has been quarantined on the tarmac at Midway Airport. Fire department crews have surrounded the plane, but have not boarded. CBS writes:
A source says the passenger on the flight may have been traveling from Ghana and had some sort of rash. This flight was coming from Detroit. The Center For Disease Control has also been alerted.
No one is coming off the plane, and it is not connected to the gate. Operations at Midway Airport are normal. We will update this post as information comes in.
[UPDATE] 5:25 p.m. CST: WLS-TV ABC7 has live video of the scene.
[UPDATE] 5:34 p.m. CST: The CDC has confirmed to WBBM-AM it is investigating a "contagious situation" on Delta flight 3163. Photographs of the passenger in question have been taken and are being forwarded to the CDC.
[UPDATE] 6:15 p.m. CST: WBBM-AM and WGN-TV are both reporting the situation appears to be over. The passenger has been removed from the plane. WGN Evening News anchor Mark Suppelsa is reporting the passenger appeared to have had bug bites. Meanwhile, a passenger on the plane, Kayla Marie Sanders, has been sharing photos of the situation on her Twitter feed. (These photos are unconfirmed.)
Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford has confirmed the Fire Department has left the scene. The next updates will come from the CDC.
