Today's Weather: Turbulent

We're almost at the end of the week. Almost. For today, it looks beautiful outside but don't let all that sunshine fool you. The winds are supposed to increase from the northeast and drop already cool temperatures further, reaching the 40s by afternoon. Few things are as unpredictable as Chicago weather, eh?
