Ten Cities + Ten Free Concerts / Chicago = +(PLUS) Fest

+(PLUS) Fest is basically a multi-city party to celebrate the release Bacardi+. Yeah, it's a marketing thing, but at least they're doing so in a way we can get excited about. On May 4 they're putting on ten free concerts in ten U.S. cities with more than 40 acts performing. The focus is on dancing with electronic acts and DJs forming the bills. Even Chicago's own Hood Internet is getting in on the act and performing in Las Vegas during the event.

So what do we get in Chicago? How about MSTRKRFT, Team Bayside High, Wolf Pack and MattBoyWhite. The last time we saw MSTRKRFT they blew the room off Double Door so we know they can deliver the turbocharged goods. And Team Bayside High has cornered the Chicago market on aggressively dancey jams that keep club kids and rock and / or rollers both happy and on the dancefloor.

The location of the Chicago show is being kept a secret until May 3, but RSVP today to get on the list for you chance to getcher dance on.
