It's hardly the heat of the South for Derby Day, and it's nowhere near the heat of a Cinco de Mayo. Chicago's Cinco de Derby is a grey day, with some precipitation here and there. Maybe some haze, maybe some drizzle, maybe even a little bit of sprinkle. A light breeze and a high of 61 in the city.
