Weekend Diversion: The Bridgeport Day Parade

Yesterday, as I've mentioned exhaustively, was Bridgeport Day and the highlight of the day was a parade that began at the Zhou B Center on West 35th Street, went north on Morgan before turning on to 31st Street to its end at the local community center Benton House, where a host of events celebrating the neighborhood were planned.

Here's video of the parade turning onto 31st Street, with an extended guest appearance from Pleasant House Bakery's Art Jackson, who was taking photos of the procession as it passed.
