Occupy Chicago Occupies Mayor's Facebook

Occupy Chicago punked the Facebook page of Chicago Mayor's Office today by posting their own "welcome video" for the NATO committee. Spoiler alert: The video titled "Thinking Globally, Ignoring Locally" is less flattering than the kids' cover of LMFAO, "Chicago's awesome and we know it."
The mayor's office held a competition for Chicago Public Schools students to create these videos "showcasing why the City of Chicago is a unique and special city." The winning videos will be featured on the Host Committee website and the CPS website, plus they'll be shown at the Media Center at McCormick Place.
We got a good Nelson Muntz HA-HA out of this, but it seems a little mean to be piggybacking on kids' work, Occupy. And while the folks behind the mayor's Facebook may be embarrassed, we commend them for allowing Occupy's post to remain. Long live free speech.
Below is the video Occupy Chicago posted on the Mayor's Office page.
This is the winning video for the kindergarten through eighth grade group, made by students from Scammon Elementary School. They're cute.
This is the winning video for the high school group, made by students from Dunbar High School, Whitney Young Magnet High School, and Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep. Good job, kids.
