Actor Vince Vaughn officially placed his condo in the Palmolive Building on the market and it can be yours for the bargain price of $18.4 million.

Vaughn bought the duplex penthouse for $12 million in 2006 and last year was looking for buyers at $24.7 million. (Guess he truly is a comedic actor.)

The condo has a full floor dedicated to entertaining with a billiards room, a screening room, a kitchen and the original, restored office Hugh Hefner used when Playboy magazine was headquartered in the building. The other floor is for family. Given the building's history with Playboy, we can see why Vaughn may have paid such a price for the penthouse at the time. Now married and a father, a ginormous stabbin' cabin that must cost a bitch in assessment fees and property taxes may not be the wisest investment.

Vaughn still owns a River North town home he's been renting out for $8,000 a month.
