Last Minute Plans: Lincoln Park Greek Fest

Just in case you're looking for one more festival to attend this weekend, check out the Lincoln Park Greek Fest. Running today until 11 p.m. and tomorrow from noon till 10 p.m. at 2701 N. Sheffield Ave., the Greek Fest is a fundraiser for the St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

There will be Greek music and shopping, but let's be honest—you're probably going for the food. The menu includes spicy feta spread with pita, gyros, moussaka, spanikopita, and a line-up of desserts (baklava, diples, rice pudding, and more) that would make my Greek grandmother swoon. Check out the full menu here. Also, if it's raining later or you just don't want to be outside, you can do a drive-through pick up order and eat at home.
